Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil Direct To Your Kitchen

All fino extra virgin olive oils are made from olives grown on the small fincas surrounding the white washed village of Casarabonela in southern spain.

The blended oil is produced from our olives together with those of Miguel, Paco, Angel, Juan, Juanita and all the other locals! All the olives are handpicked and then they are pressed by Rafael at the village co-operativa.

The single variety oil is produced by Antonio. He is a complete perfectionist and this oil has recently been nominated for a prestigious award in Madrid. It is produced from manzanilla olives from the village.

We infuse the flavoured oils here in Oxford. All the flavoured oils are made from fino blended extra virgin olive oil which is then cold infused using fresh ingredients only. Although cold infusion is a slow process it ensures the purest flavour.
